Located on a quiet court this newly remodeled apartment offers an ideal setting for families. The living and dinning room is an open space. There is a large dinning table with seating for six that offers an excellent way to dine together as well as socialize, for playing games or as a work space. The living room is another area that offers a relaxing atmosphere. For your enjoyment there is a 55" smart TV offering several cable channels. WiFi is also available for keeping up with any business, studies or social contacts. There is a sliding glass door that opens to a patio area with a patio table and chairs. The kitchen has everything you need for preparing meals or simple snacks. It is fully equipped with dishes, pots pans and utensils. There is a gas range, dishwasher and full size refrigerator. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and walk in closet. The second bedroom has two queen size beds and a large closet for plenty of clothes or storage. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans to keep you cool and comfortable throughout the day and night. There is a bathroom with a tub and shower combo. Also a washer and dryer is conveniently located next to the kitchen for easy access. A charcoal bbq is located in the common area. This area also has access to the court and is just steps away from the beach. The beach offers plenty of space for relaxing and catching some rays as well as several volley ball courts. We are just about 1/4 mile from Belmont park. Sea World and the zoo are also within a short drive.
We provide a starter kit of cleaning supplies such as hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags. We do not supply disposable items beyond this. Our maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time including guests and visitors. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children age 2 or under. Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book with us. Smoking is prohibited on the premises. We have a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise. Please ensure your group is comfortable with the above before proceeding. No pets please!
