Located on a quiet court this newly remodeled spacious apartment offers an ideal setting for family vacations. The living and dinning room is open with a high ceiling to give an open airy feel. There is a large dinning table with seating for six that offers an excellent way to dine together as well as socialize, for playing games or as a work space. The living room is another area that offers a relaxing atmosphere. There is plenty of space to accommodate a queen size blow up mattress if needed for additional sleeping. For your enjoyment there is a large smart TV offering several cable channels. WiFi is also available for keeping up with any business or social contacts. There is a sliding glass door that opens to a full length balcony with plenty of seating including a swing as well as a cool breeze and ocean peak. The kitchen has everything you need for preparing meals or simple snacks. It is fully equipped with dishes, pots pans and utensils. There is a gas range, dishwasher and full size refrigerator.
The master bedroom has a Cal king bed, large closet and an ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower. The second bedroom has two full size beds and a large closet for plenty of clothes or storage. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans to keep you cool and comfortable throughout the day and night. There is a guest bathroom with a tub and shower combo. It is located immediately to the right at the top of the stairs which is suitable when coming in from the beach. A large capacity washer and dryer is conveniently located next to the guest bathroom for easy access.

A charcoal bbq is located in the downstairs common area. This area also has access to the court and is just steps away from the beach. The beach offers plenty of space for relaxing and catching some rays as well as several volley ball courts. We are just about 1/4 mile from Belmont park. Sea World and the zoo are also within a short drive.

We provide a starter kit of cleaning supplies such as hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags. We do not supply disposable items beyond this. Our maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time including guests and visitors. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children age 2 or under. Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book with us. Smoking is prohibited on the premises. We have a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise. Please ensure your group is comfortable with the above before proceeding. No pets please!
