The main floor is open with the living room, dinning room and kitchen all within sight. The living room has a high ceiling to give an open airy feel with a view of the ocean. There is a gas fireplace and large smart TV offering several cable channels. WiFi is also available for keeping up with any business or social contacts. The kitchen has a gas oven and range and plenty of counter and cabinet space. The dining area, adjacent to the kitchen, seats up to 6. There is also a breakfast bar with 3 stools. The dinning room also has access to the front patio through a sliding glass door for easy access to a spacious area with table and grill and not to forget, a view of the ocean. You’ll also find a convenient half-bath on this floor next to the kitchen entrance from the garage.
The property sleeps up to 9 guests between 3 bedrooms. Located on the 2nd floor is where all the bedrooms are found. The master suite has a king-sized bed, flat screen TV and its own private balcony with an awesome view of the ocean. There is a garden tub, walk-in shower and two separate sinks in the master bath. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds and flat screen TV and is perfect for kids. The 3rd bedroom has a queen-sized bed and flat screen TV. There is a guest bathroom between the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms with a tub/shower and a vanity with 2 sinks. The garage has plenty of storage space as well as a washer and dryer for your convenience. An outside shower with hot and cold water is located at the back on the side of the garage. There is plenty of parking for any size vehicles.
The crème de la crème is the roof top deck that covers the entire house with a panoramic view of the ocean, bay and downtown. It’s an excellent way to relax during the day and enjoy the sunshine and at night view the stars and moon along with the fireworks at Sea World.
All within walking distance you can experience the beach and bay within minutes.
Pacific Beach, Mission Beach and Mission Bay are just a few blocks away. There are many places along the boardwalk that offer refreshments and full dinning, souvenir shops and site seeing . In addition there are numerous restaurants and shopping along the business district on Garnet Ave about a 15 minute walk away.

Downtown San Diego features the Gaslamp District with a variety of clubs and dinning experiences.

The world renowned San Diego Zoo is within a 15 minute drive away and Sea World is just 3 miles away.

There are a few golf courses within a short driving distance. The well known Torrey Pines golf course is about a 15 minute drive away. There is also a local golf course located about 3 miles away near Mission Bay.

We provide a starter kit of cleaning supplies such as hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags. We do not supply disposable items beyond this. Our maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time including guests and visitors. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children age 2 or under. Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book with us. Smoking is prohibited on the premises. We have a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise. Please ensure your group is comfortable with the above before proceeding. No pets please!
