The space

This newly remodeled apt offers a spectacular view of the ocean from a large sliding glass door leading onto a balcony for up to 2 guests. The kitchen has a full size stainless steel stove, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. There is a large counter that is great for making meals and entertaining. The living room has a sectional sofa, couple of barrel chairs and smart TV. There is a commercial high speed modem on site with 300mbs wifi for streaming and PC necessities as well as Spectrum cable service.

This one bedroom unit has a queen size bed with a pillow top mattress for a good nights sleep. It also has a smart TV for private viewing. There are ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom to help keep you cool. This apt is ideal for a couple or single person who wants to spend time on the beach and watch the beautiful sunsets in the evening.

We provide a starter kit of cleaning supplies such as hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags. We do not supply disposable items beyond this. Our maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time including guests and visitors. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children age 2 or under. Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book with us. Smoking is prohibited on the premises. We have a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise. Please ensure your group is comfortable with the above before proceeding. No pets please!

There is a large common patio area with plenty of tables and seating with an awesome view of the ocean. There is also a large charcoal BBQ similar to ones in state parks. I live on location so I am available 24/7 to help your stay be trouble free.

Salem Court is close to The Mission, Moe's Steaks, Molly's, El Trompo, Single Fin Surf Grill, Miss B's, Olive Cafe and Better Buzz. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
All within walking distance you can experience the beach and bay within steps.

Required stay is a minimum of 31 days.
